2026-2027 Scheduling Materials

THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT SCHEDULE REQUESTS FOR 2026-2027 WE LEAD CS COURSES IS FRIDAY, MAY 29, 2026

Many courses are already filled, but we do have limited openings available in some classes and expect a small number of seats to open up as districts finalize student schedules for the Fall.

If you find classes available to meet your needs, please contact Kelley Ransdell at kransdell@weleadcs.org or click on the box below to submit a Schedule Request Form.

The WLCS Student Roster Form will be shared with schools after scheduling requests are received, reviewed, and seat availability is confirmed. This form will be used to submit specific student names and will be completed once a school is ready to finalize enrollment decisions.

Important Notes

WLCS courses may be offered as either semester-based or full-year offerings, as noted on the Schedule Reservation Form.
All WLCS class times are listed in Eastern Time (ET). Schools should account for time zone differences when scheduling students. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Schools are encouraged to submit as early as possible, even if student names are not yet finalized.
To support instructional continuity, schools should schedule students so they are able to enter WLCS classes within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled start time. Students should not be enrolled in a WLCS course if their regular schedule does not allow them to enter class within the first 10 minutes.
The optional WLCS Scheduling Worksheet is provided to help organize information and streamline completion of the Schedule Reservation Form.
If a course section reaches capacity, WLCS will attempt to add an additional section at the same time when possible. If an additional section cannot be added, WLCS will follow up with affected schools to discuss alternative options.
